About Us

KOPERASI ANGGOTA RISDA MALAYSIA BERHAD (KARISMA) is a cooperative established on 02 January 1997 and registered under subsection 7 (1) of the Cooperatives Act 1993 as a basic cooperative with limited liability.

KARISMA is a cooperative cooperative where the main business or activity of the cooperative is to provide financial loan services to qualified members or members based on the By-laws of the RISDA Malaysia Berhad Member Cooperative.

In addition, RISDA Malaysia Berhad Member Cooperatives also make other transactions apart from providing loans to Members. Among the transactions that KARISMA is involved in are as follows.:-

  • Supplying Fertilizers and Chemicals to Government Agencies
  • Supplying Rubber Tapping Equipment
  • Supplying all Types of Agricultural Tools
  • Supply of Beef Cattle/Feedlot Cattle Feed
  • Supplying Corporate Clothing
  • Supplying Books and Reading Materials
  • Supplying All Types of Stationery & Office Circles
  • Providing Islamic Cooked Food Supply Services to Hostels / Institutes

For the year 2013 to 2017, Koperasi Ahli RISDA Malaysia Berhad has successfully obtained a tender for the service of providing cooked food (eating & drinking) for participants of courses/meetings and other activities at IKPK KELANTAN, BUKIT SIREH, KELANTAN. KELANTAN IKPK is the second (2) IKPK that has been entrusted by RISDA to RISDA Malaysia Berhad Member Cooperative after IKPK PADANG RENGAS, PERAK whose service period has been extended for the second year.

RISDA Malaysia Berhad Member Cooperative has also received an offer to paint and beautify the RISDA building located in Jalan Ampang.

  • OTHER REQUIREMENTS DEPEND ON CHARISMAL APPROVAL
