Introduction
Felkop @ Koperasi Kakitangan Felda Malaysia Berhad provides services in the form of financing to members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EMPLOYMENT ACT 1955.
There are 12 types of personal loan / financing offered by Felkop Koperasi Kakitangan Felda Malaysia Berhad in accordance with the principles of Al Bai’Inah and Bithamin A’jil which are:
- Pembiayaan peribadi (biasa)
- Pembiayaan peribadi bertindih
- Pembiayaan IPT
- Pembiayaan Raya Aidilfitri
- Pembiayaan jangka pendek
- Pembiayaan tanpa penjamin
- Pembiayaan ekslusif
- Pembiayaan motorsikal
- Pembiayaan insurans cukai jalan
- Pembiayaan komputer
- Pembiayaan umrah dan pelancongan.
Membership
The Felkop @ Koperasi Kakitangan Felda Malaysia Berhad is equipped with a membership system whereby cooperative members can check their data with the cooperative through this system the Felkop Koperasi Kakitangan Felda Malaysia Berhad member will be given the password and use the new Identity Card number as login to the system. The following can be done when a member already has access to the system
- Checking and changing personal data except name and identity card number, important information such as phone number, address and email can also be updated.
- To update the photo of front and back identity card, as well as the photo of the member.
- Review member’s statement and review latest financial statement.
- To review and update nominee’s information to facilitate the affairs upon the death of the member.
- Make a request to become a member.
- Applying for financing.
- Check the list of salary deduction transactions in detail.
- Check the status and total dividend receipt.
- Make financing settlement online using FPX.
- Change password and set security questions.
- Receive or reject newsletter submissions by cooperatives. The newsletter is an email sent by the cooperative to members with the aim of providing up-to-date information on the co-operative society and its activities. Members can choose whether to continue receiving this newsletter email or otherwise the various facilities to be added from time to time.
