Eligibility
- The applicant’s length of service must exceed the financing tenure or repayment period.
Conditions
- Repayment will include an additional charge of 0.85% per annum on the approved financing, which replaces the guarantor (using the Al Kafalah concept).
- Applicants must have paid monthly fees for a minimum of 6 months (for new members) or 12 months (for re-entry). Membership must be confirmed for the same period.

- New financing: RM10
- Overlap financing: RM20
- Stamp duty: RM5 per one thousand ringgit or part thereof.

With Guarantors

Eligibility
- The total amount borrowed does not exceed 20 times the applicant’s gross income (salary and fixed allowances) or 60% of total deductions allowed, whichever is lower.
- Applicants must have paid an entry fee of RM10 (RM20 for re-entry), a minimum share capital of RM100, and 6 months’ fees, totaling RM180.
Terms
- For financing of up to RM15,000, one guarantor is required.
- For financing above RM15,000, two guarantors are required.
- Guarantors must be members of the cooperative and still on active duty with the Malaysian Armed Forces.
- For Non-KEMENTAH Members, two Armed Forces personnel must act as guarantors.
Monthly Fee
- For financing of up to RM15,000: RM30 per month
- For financing between RM15,001 – RM200,000: RM40 per month

- Armed Forces personnel or civil servants employed by the Ministry of Defence, who have been confirmed in service and hold permanent positions.
- The applicant’s length of service must exceed the financing tenure or repayment period.
- Restricted to members who have held their membership for 5 years or hold the rank of Lance Corporal and above, or equivalent.

- The total amount borrowed does not exceed 20 times the value of the applicant’s gross income (salary and fixed allowances) or 60% of total deductions allowed, whichever is lower.
