    Introduction

    KLB was originally incorporated under the Cooperative Societies Act with Registration No. 4518/7.1.70 under the name Sharikat Kerjasama Ladang Pekebun-Pekebun Kecil Malaysia Berhad.

    Name Change

    Effective from 20th August 2019, the cooperative underwent a rebranding and officially changed its name to Koperasi Ladang Berhad. This change reflects the cooperative’s evolving role and commitment to enhancing the livelihoods of its members, particularly within the agricultural sector.

    • Buying and Selling of Fresh Fruit Bunches: Facilitating the purchase and sale of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), a core activity for palm oil plantations.
